Balsam Cologne Spray 3.3 oz

I’ve tried many all-natural fragrances created using hand-foraged distilled plant material, and when it comes to alpine scent configurations, ADK Men’s Balsam continues to be my favorite. It is so refreshing, but not overpowering; just strong enough to make your unique presence known. They know you smell great but don’t know why. It evokes great memories of childhood camping trips up at Piseco Lake with my dad, waking up at dawn to the crisp autumn air and the smell of smoldering embers…listening to the call of the loons while going fishing from a canoe in the fog…my dad telling us stories about how my grandparents used to take him up there when he was growing up in Queens as we sat around the campfire late into the night among the pines, listening to his favorite doo-wop oldies on the portable radio, the gentle sound of waves lapping at the shore and the roaring of a bear in the distance. Our days growing up on Long Island and visiting the ADK are long past us, but the memories will last forever. I hope to return someday for an epic trip I’m planning; to camp on my own private island in the Saranac (primitive campsite access by boat only), with a trek up to the Mount Marcy summit and Pyramid Peak; and now I would also like to add a visit to the Adirondack Fragrance Farm to the package if I ever make it back up there.
